A particular theme (country) is set for each period,
and dishes specifically associated with that region are served buffet style.
In contrast to the image of a bustling buffet restaurant, this restaurant has been designed to make it possible to enjoy meals in a relaxed atmosphere. Aletta is a buffet restaurant run by hotel chefs dedicated to the cause of delicious food.

Our popular breakfast

Our breakfast menu features fifty different options, including many uchina dishes unique to Okinawa that are nationally famous as essential to a macrobiotic diet. Guests are provided with enough energy to get them through the day with such dishes as rafute (Okinawan braised pork belly), a salad made with purple yams, and ninjin shiri-shiri (Okinawan dish of grated carrot stir-fried with egg and sometimes meat or fish). Thanks to our extensive selection of options, you can try—for example—Western-style dishes on the first day of your stay and Japanese-style dishes the next day.
